Wait till you install the new spring. All the rest of your settings are close. My setup is very similar. 80 psi in the front shocks, 160lb Z bros spring in the front skid and 140lbs in the rear shock. That new spring will make a big difference.

Have you had your airbox off? I had a similar problem years ago and it was the airbox not correctly attached to the carbs. Check to see if the airbox boots are on the carbs all the way. If one is not on and air is leaking by that could be your problem.
