Thanks to the advice on here i got it working, I pumped it a few times and opened the bolt by the reservoir and after 3 cycles it was firm, couple more bleeds on the caliper bleeder and it was great, appreciate the help!

I was tapping the caliper and wiggling the lines while gravity bled it out, I'll try the res next.

I've bled countless brake systems and wet clutch systems but never one on a sled or atv. Seems like it wouldn't be that hard but from searching I've seen where a lot of members have problems

I found that the sensor that is stuck to the case had come loose. Just used a little silicone to reattach it. Seems to work fine again. Thanks!

Just changed the reverse motor on a friend's 2014 Viper. It goes into reverse and forward no problem but there is no beeping and no R displayed on the dash. I've changed one on my 16 Viper before and no issues.It was a new replacement motor from ebay. Thanks!
