Washers for sure weigh 2.2g, I just double checked on my scale. Confirmed weight is correct using a Dalton weight knowing its base weight. I also thought these washers were too big. Anyone else getting the same washer and tuning bolt weights in their kit?

If you can see the letter "A" visible on all 4 ramps and the spring with the blue stripe is installed, your engagement rpm looks to be correct from TAPPs website. Could maybe call them and ask if they offer a lighter spring for the engagement your trying to achieve.
I did see that DCMTurbo. Instructions mention drilling the turbo housing port to a larger diameter, just wanted a bit for information on this step. I could be thinking more into it then I need to be, I haven't looked into it much on the physical sled. I just took everything apart this...
Does anyone have more detailed information on the installation of this component? Hose routing, waste gate controller mounting and where to drill second port into the turbo housing would be points of interest. Any pictures or tips would be appreciated ;)!
My guess is 240 Super Spool performance muffler tune. Even if your not a dealer, Dave wouldn't chatting quick to confirm which tune your inquiring about.
