980 miles on 18SW RTX-SE. First belt at 415 miles. Second at 800. Third and fourth in the last 180. Had it dealer between two and three and all that seemed to do was add some goofy noise to the secondary. Offset was 62 from factory. Trying to get that closer to 58 per call with Ulmer. Not sure...

Found a spare on the shelf at dealer an hour away. They ordered it for a service job but never needed it. Called two in MSP and Port and all reported backorder. Paid a kid $50 to jump in my truck and go get it. Whew!!

Update on my tick. It WAS a broken link on chain!! I would've owed powder a beer for sure. 800 miles on chain but only 50 after track replacement. Wondering what could've happened on putting chaincase back together to cause a link to go? Seems like no coincidence that mechanic was just in there...
