I also put the Stealth brake master cylinder a few years ago. Same brake line. I had installed the polaris short brake lever prior to changing to the Stealth but couldn't get the parking brake to work. But Polaris lever was much better then stock lever.
Yes it sounds like a head gasket. What are you running for boost? I had that happen to my Viper when I ran too much boost without head shim and timing.
I've been running the needle bearing for two seasons on my turbo Viper 240 hp. Took my chaincase apart to change my track. Shaft and gear look great. 4000 miles on the shaft and gear.
I purchased one 2 years ago. Seemed to run fine till I blew it up after less then 100 miles. It was determined I had a defective belt from GBOOOST. Refunded me under warranty. Have not tried one since. Too much money to bring up to Canada.
This year I replaced the Spindles and upper A arms to the 2020 trail suspension. Huge difference cornering. Inside ski lift almost none existent. Just better handling all around.
Primary was set up by Dave from Tapp so I'm not sure what's in there. Clickers are so nice for fine tuning. He set it up for my 240 horsepower. Secondary, running a 39/43 helix with a Green spring from Hurricane set at 70. Pulling 8950-9050 at full shift and 8900 at full throttle. Clutches Run...
Was starting to go over the Viper and noticed my lower A Arm Ball Joints were really dirty. Checked the rubber boots and both had cracks in the rubber. I checked on parts nation and it doesn't look like the rubber boot is sold separately. Can anyone tell me if they are sold separately? I hope...
Once you to Turbo you're hocked. My Hurricane turbo has been bullet proof. Started as 190 and went to 240. It's addictive. Clutching is the key. And if you're going over 190 get the head shim and head bolts....
