Replace Valve springs. or bad stuff happens over time. I mean stiffer springs more boost, means more spring pressure. You smart guys will love this but 1 to 2 lbs boost means 1 to 2 lbs more spring pressure. On the seat. I would recommend anyone boosting to get stiffer springs. For cheap insurance.

You Can Install it but it goes to your heat exchanger first then to engine, so at -30C no good.

You can do that to if you like. If you move the hole shaft back a 1/16 or 1/18 of an inch you still have 3 positions to use. IE: If you are boon docking and want less coupling you can do this. Now if you are on the trail and want to beat your buddy's on a head to head you want coupling.

All I am going to do it elongate the bolt holes 1/16-1/8 of an inch Back, and keep the rubber blocks in.

BVS2 is a very good Helmet , if you are riding in 1 position. If you move around a lot with technical stuff, it is heavy and looses fitment on face mask, or respirator. Best off to get a mirror or a different helmet.to suit riding style.

Since I have gone to the 240 kit, I have noticed it cold starts better than Brand new! I would assume this is from adjusting the cam timing. Fuel mileage from the 190 kit is better than the 240. I can make the trade for better cold starts ,and loose a bit of fuel mileage. Just my take. Depending...

What is your fuel mileage like? I have the 240 kit, if I drive it hard I get about 9 mpg.@ 11 psi boost. I will probably order the 300 upgrade this summer.

They are Skidoo bag and gas can. ( I rebadged them) the shovel holder is Kolpin.
