The only thing I would add is to go through all the ground blocks in the harness. Some have 4 points (wires), some have 6 and there are a bunch of them. Use a pick to pry the cap off, pull out the metal spider thing, clean it, and put some dielectric grease on them. Might not be the cause of...

Idle speed should be 1450 to 1550 rpms according to the service manual. My sled does this too but only when its cold. If I let it warm up on its own, it wont die when I blip the throttle. Is this also normal?

I dont know if all Nytros have this or not but mine has a thick steel washer between the ball joint and the spindle. Looks like yours didn't have this which probably added to the issue. (sorry for the crappy pic, its all I have right now)
