You can go to McDonald's and get it your way in 5 minutes for $8. But when they have 6 months to make it and you pay $17k plus, having some options to get it somewhat your way is too much to ask. Makes sense....
They would probably have to add a few more staff in order to do that....
Oh...
Skip the kitty cat. A 120 is a good option. I started my son on a 120 at 4. 200s had just come out, so there were no used ones to be had and I wasnt spending the cash on a new one. My thought is if you buy used and take care of them, kids powersports toys are easy to sell again and usually...
BOP sells a nice Koso digital temp gauge kit. I installed one on my XTX this year. It is nice knowing the actual temp and not having to wait for an idiot light to come on to know things are getting hot. If you are going to less than ideal snow conditions, I would highly suggest one for each...
I just did one as well and I wired it into the accessory plug. I was going to go directly to the battery as well but I wanted it to only have power abilities with the sled running.
I would suggest calling Travis at Barn of Parts. He probably has a Nytro and a Viper one he could compare side by side and solve your question, then sell you the parts needed in the same phone call!
Where do you have them mounted that you are busting them off? Ski mounts or on the skid?
I have BOP ski mounts and I have lost a tip due to it coming off, but have yet to break them.
That said, I cant see where a grade 8 bolt bent in a similar shape wouldn't work just fine. Looking forward...
I've never run one but have some questions. Could you stud an ice attack like a traditional track? Are they a 2 ply track or single ply? Has anyone ever done it and if so, how did it hold up?
I want all the grip, so I always traditional stud. I have studded lots of used tracks, and have...
I have one on my XTX and I put the turnouts on after 1 season as it was discoloring the reflective areas. Not sure it was 100% necessary, but it definitely helped keep the heat away.
That said, whatever you put in the bag, should be ok to get wet or put in a ziploc bag. My bag definitely...
I will try Hygear. Carver doesn't have anything.
Google also brought up Shock Tec in Canada. I emailed them a number of days ago, but didn't get a reply. Will try calling them too. Anyone dealt with them before?
