I didn't do anything, and honestly don't believe there was anything even in there at all. Looked stock. I've sold the sled though, so can't tell you for sure.

I don't think it's you. I don't have a PB account either and could see them before, but not now. PB isn't very generous anymore with pic hosting.

I just went through all of this. If you search "radiator vs rear cooler" you will find my thread. As these guys said, you need the real cooler. I put on scratchers, made sure I was running 50/50 AF, and added the real cooler. 0 issues and rode in some warm temps last weekend.

Find your relays...any of them red? The red relay is solid state. If they are all black, you likely don't have the SS relay. Could be the problem.

What were outside temps like? Is there a chance a relay was frozen, specifically the fuel pump? Not sure if this is an issue for your sled, but on older Apex models, the fuel pump relay would freeze. A solid state relay was introduced to solve this. I was also going to question a problem with...

Plus with it raised the rear cooler won’t transfer heat to it.

I would think the kill switch would do it but may be not once the relay made the connection to the battery for the starter.

What do you do if the light is on and the starter still cranking? Just shut Sled down? That must stop it right.

Yup I have them secured on all our sleds. Don’t love that I had to though.

Exactly right. If you don't secure them, no good. Hope they last as they aren't cheap. If they go, I'll replace with ones from Rock! Sounds like a great ride you had...
