Well… we don’t have much snow so haven’t been riding but I have been trying the sled when I go to the shed, Everything working as it should. I checked all the connections on the key switch, kill switch etc. all seem fine. I’ll keep ya posted.

Like I said above, I unplugged each relay individually and cycled the key each time and the dash illuminated every time.

That’s the one I thought it was. When I unplug that relay and turn the key on the dash lights up as it should but fuel pump does not cycle. So I guess it is not that.

Doesn’t that relay only only control that starter? My issue is everything loosing power. No gauge power or fuel pump cycle or anything. Just like the battery is dead but it is not.

Install the rear Yamaha heat exchanger kit if you want good cooling! I installed the kit in 2015 for just under $300 Cdn from my dealer and may have seen the heat light once since. Also it will stop ice build up in the rear of the tunnel that can let go and shoot forward and rip the lugs off...

Hey 74 Nitro my sensor wires are not the same colour as originals. Wires are light purple and light green, the directions say if it doesn’t start or backfires to switch the wires. Lol. You wouldn’t happen to know which colour goes where?
