You're not clutched properly

That wrap looks fine to me. The first run on mine smoked so much I thought it was on fire. I hurried and yanked the gas tank off only to find it doing what yours is. It will eventually quit smoking (and stinking).

Exhaust wraps will "burn in" when they're new. Some brands more than others. They shouldn't catch fire.

What do you think this will weigh after completion?...... It's looking a bit on the heavy side to me.

Route hose up by steering column then back down to "catch tank". If yu look at my pic's a little farther back you can see what I mean. I purchased a turbo boost catch tank for $30.00 on ebay.... you can't make anything for that price. Most have a sight gage and breather filter.

ez-ryde hands down. IMO best suspension to date. and I've ridden just about everything with the exception of the Nextec. the ez-ryde is very durable also Ive witnessed some nasty hits on it that you thought would tweek something but didn't.
