Delivered my sled to shop after 5 years of procrastination. Fingers crossed that the motor is still in good shape.

I went with the 1900Nm springs and found a big improvement. Only bottoms on the big stuff. I'm 245lbs plus gear and also have the two fuel cans sitting on the backend of my tunnel.

Do a search on 'relay' and you can find diagrams and info about the relays. It sounds like the original relays get a carbon build up which causes sticking and replacing with the updated relay will fix the problem. I have the same issue with my 2010. I did the Excell kit this fall and love it. Installed white sliders at the same time and now have about 500 miles on with now wear. Just a direct bolt on with everything included.

X2 on the comfort kit. I love it, much more control at low speeds and still lots of torque. Also super simple to install, just a spring and new rollers for your primary. Been riding to work and back for two weeks with it now and I still haven't noticed any slider wear with the excell kit and...
