While removing my gas tank to get access to a leaking heat exchanger I accidentally let the gas tank fall off of the tunnel while the fuel outlet hose was still attached which snapped off the outlet hose nipple of the fuel pump.

Well the issue is that your stub shaft has slid inward. This is a common issue and is usually caused by blowing belts at high RPM.

Yes, it must be something with my laptop because I used a different laptop and was able to connect to my flasher and download the updated firmware. Then I reloaded the GAP app on my phone and now everything works properly. Big thanks to Mike at TD for excellent customer support!
The gap flasher was found on port 4 which is a good thing. However when I click on "Find Device" I get the "user unknown, unable to identify " message.
