Nothing is 100%, but 2FA with the 2nd factor being say text messages or an authenticator app goes a very long way trimming somebody from anywhere in the world hacking your account, it's worth the effort of setting up. Sure, if they can get you on the phone to get that 2nd challenge your toast...

My "You're in line" reservation date was 2022-03-22, and my "You've got it" reservation date was 2022-03-24. So the date change seems to be the same whether you got one or not.

It was online, but less the queueing system basically your deposit went in without issue. However that turned out not to guarantee everyone a sled.

Bit of a marketing trick as far as I can tell. They said 48 "Business" hours in the email so at 9 days in they are likely working less than 5 hours a day... So being where it is now they are making it up as they go.... IMO
