do you have the newest map installed? I havent tried my sled since november but the original map was way lean! I havent had a chance to test the new one yet but from what i hear its still seems lean to me up top. I dont want to say for sure until i try again.

Thanks for making this. It would be nice to see Rapidbike change the software so that you can show boost levels instead of %'s. It wouldnt be that hard of a job to do.

I think his new nytro harnesses allow you to tie into the throttle position sensor. That way you can use it on a stock nytro and then if you decide to turbo later you just plug in a map sensor and change maps.
Can anyone tell me what air/fuel numbers they are seeing on their sled at idle, just off idle and cruising at say 6000 or so rpm under light load?

The instructions call for the big turbo hanger to be on the outside on the short section. I found that things didnt line up the way I liked that way so I am going to put them both on the inside.

I followed powderlites instructions which said to split the new head gasket and sandwich the shim between. Make sure to use spray a gasket on the head shim though.
You have to make sure you compress the tensioner and then hold it compressed using the little clip it has on it. Kind of hard to explain:
