What is wrong with the front ends? My kusin has an IQ 600 and it has alot better front end than my Nytro. Tougher and alot smoother over the bumps. The 600 CFI seems way better than the 800 and doesnt eaven want that much gas. Never heard of the 600 having piston problems?

I bought rear wheels from the SRX. Replacable bearings and almost the same looks as the stock Nytrowheels. Plus they where not eaven half the price....

Wounder if Yamaha has some sort of partnering with Polaris...??? Skid is polaris. front end looks to have polarislike geometry and the bulk looks Rushlike.. And the rush has fasteners and looks from an Apex..??

JeffT: I had the same problem with mine. DO NOT BUY NEW ONES! I had a friend weld them back together. And he made them ALOT thicker where the holes for the bolts are. The bracket is something like 1-2mm thick around the boltholes and that is just no good.. I have roled twice since and bent them...

I bet the 2010 MTX will be alot better than the -09 in the snow so they might be surpriced.. Although HP is a big deal when highmarking so the 800s will be tough to beat...

1. Is it from clutch or chaincase side? put your kne over the vents on one side and lift the other kne and then change sides and you chould know where it comes from. Clutch WILL make noises, EBRS makes noises and chain makes noise. Not more than other sleds on the chain but the engine is more...

When i crashed alittle on cross country race last weekend my sled with -09 subframe landed with track straight up in the air on my right spindle. Tweaked my A-arms alittle but frame seems OK. When my dealer changed my subframe the diff was app 1" (ski to ski) and after it was 1/2" so half of it...

Well its a snowX sled so it should be alittle rough.... And when you look at the best riders the sled looks like it has its own life, but still in total control. The rider is "calm" but fast..

The speedometer cowl is over/in front of the exchanger so that would imo not help that much at all. A hood vent and bigger vents in the back/side of the sidepanels to escape the air could help?? Letting alot of air in doesnt help if it cant get out of there and that should the biggest problem.

No problem putting one in, just measure distances etc and bolt it in with the stock track...

It is a 121" skid. They also have 136" skids.

My dealer told me they are using Yamalube 10W-40 motor/gear oil. So that is what i have been using and it works just fine..

For a less harsh ride, revalve your shocks.. Pioneer, hygear etc has setups that are supposed to be good.
