I think the main reason is they don't have those in the u.s, polaris parts are far easier to come by as there are tons of other teams at each race.
I could see that but still, there should be NO problem shipping a few skids over the pond...
Here is a pic of the famous PPS (Pauli Piipola...
When it couples there is still all the rest of the travel left. You just do not have enough force to compress the skid any more.
Regarding inside skilift, have you tried braking before the turn and accelerate trough the turn?
That is incorrect. Tightening the limiterstraps will decrease travel since the skid can not rice as much as before tightening..
Adjusting the blocks will NOT decrease travel but when you have a thicker block the front arm will help the rear arm alot faster and that will make for a harsher...
Almost entirely rear suspension issue if you are talking about skilift at trottle..... Front shocks should be set up after you have the rear as you want it... You could get adjustable transferblocks fron Ulmer, and tighten the front limiterstrap to hold the skis down on acceleration. If you are...
My rubbers where mounted with slots FORWARD from my dealer.. The skis are NOT mounted by Yamaha.... If you look at the rubber it fits the form of the spindle when mounted with slots FORWARD, and in the online cataloge at portyamaha the slots seem to be facing forward.
The mags here in Sweden has tried both and they all liked the XTX better than the RTX. Mostly because of the shocks and clutch in the RTX SE is so harsh but thay also said tha XTX is the best "all around" sled out there. Better than the Renegade and Switshback in the powder and better than the...
comp= compressing the shock, rebound is the dampening of the decompression that the spring is doing to the shock. To get less skipressure tighten the center spring alittle or loosen the front springs. One turn might do alot so adjust and testdrive etc..
You will hit the plate back to the place where it is in contact with the linkage. Drill a hole in the plate where the contact is and the problem is solved for life.
Dont know exactly but not that much. I really dont care since the sled is THAT much more fun...
In mid it would be eaven less and that should only be seen when filling up the sled maybee??
Im with you on some of those but why would they put an Iceripper track on any sled? They should atleast run a backcountry 1,75" track on the shorties! ;)!
