More specifically, am interested in knowing the part number for the scratchers since there are quite a few BRP scratchers and also where you chose to mount them.
I do not beleive they are sold separate but are part of or included with the cover plate. I had wanted to replace the one on my Apex but because one of tabs broke off, I ended up just getting used but yet decent condition cover from Travis of Barn of Parts.
Although I have always had good luck with the Yuasa stock batteries in conjuntion with my Battery Tender Jrs, I was up in the U.P. one year where my battery took a crap and ended going to the local (if there is such a thing in the upper pennisula ) Napa store and got one of their Legend...
Travis still offers the studier relay rods for the 16-18 Apex although I'm not sure they are made of steel; just a stronger grade aluminum if I'm mistaken. The question would be whether or not these same rods would be applicable to Gone Blue's 08 Nytro.
@Gone Blue Here you go. Let me know if you need different measurements. Digital caliber is nothing fancy so assume some variance with these numbers. The picture without the bushing is what I was able to sequeeze the bushing/pinch in that gap so as to provide a collaspe measurement:
Correct, maim. The relay rods on the 16-18 Apex did come with the bushing installed but you could also order them separate. When I replaced the relay rods in my 18, I also purchased 4 extra bushings with the thinking that I could possibly catch when they go bad and replace befor they enlarge...
Interestingly enough, the relay rods for the 2016-2018 Apex that contain the bushings are similar to the relay rods for the Nytro RTX w/o the bushings:

BUSH, SOLID

Nytro RTX Relay Rod:

I would first just start by following the leads from the hand warmer and inspect for any chafed wires as that could be the culprit and not necessarily a bad hand warmer.
@maim Was just curious and looked on Travis' web page and all it shows is the 121" and 136". Since the Kempex comes back as for being for a Ski Doo, I wonder if the OP will have to go with a slider that was intended for a different make/model but with a similar slider profile in order to get the...
That's the thing @maim, when I tried to search for a Kempex or Garland part number, nothing was coming up for the Mountain length 151" slider and hence why I suspect this is behind the reasoning for the OP to make this post. Surely, there has to be some aftermarket option, right? :dunno:
I don't think Yamaha offers the duponts for the 151/mtn skids (SMA-DPSSR-MT-00) anymore and only offer ones for up to a 144" skid (SMA-DPSSR-00-00).
As for determining OEM part numbers, just uses a dealer's parts schematic like Port Yahama and enter year/model of sled to obtain part number...
