The amount that needs to be removed is 0.70" in the spring pocket base only. If some local Sudbury area guys need it done my buddy has a machine shop and is willing to do them for $50 bucks. I have no feedback yet with fix and 8DN belt too cold to ride lol pm me if you need one dome
Hat's off to NOS-PRO for taking his time/knowledge and sharing with others without holding back so we can all have fun. Guys like him are priceless to this site.
Sec is at 3-3 and I 've got 144 studs. Belt dust was way more prominent within the first 50km then it was more "normal" after that. FYI... When my belt blew my clutches were cool and barely warm. Jonlafon1 please post a pic of your machined spring pocket or advise how much "meat" that you had...
Wel ....ad me to the list. Just under 400 miles and I snapped a belt in half. I am slightly boosted (TD Eco) , muffler , daltons and cat rollers(two rollers touching and one not). I sure hope someone figures this out.

I don't for a second doubt that his customer service isn't top notch just looking for some feedback on people that are driving them with real world experience.

I am wondering if anyone has pics of one installed or if somebody can help with what to do with the TCV (do I leave it plugged in) and just how to run the vacuum lines in...

Hello all I was just had my head gasket and rods replaced as a precaution and upon the sled hitting the dyno for testing it is only rining 13.5 PSI and air fule is way rich at 10.5 WOT and this was not case all of last year since I was seeing 17 PSI and 11.7 air fuel. He seems to think all was...
Ya I'm not taking any chances. Like I mentioned the guy is going to fix me up and check it out from top to bottom and I will do rods while I'm their too
