I have the same problem upper a-arm bent. Is there and posts showing how to R&R ? Thx!

I talked to the guys at me Yamaha dealer and they said 20-24 ft lbs and yes blue locktite of course. They have had a few with bolts falling out.

I did them at 20 ft lbs. Hope I did not pull out the threads. :o|

Looked hi and low in the manual and could not find torque spec for bolts that secure the front clip to the bulkhead. Anyone know?

OK, got the starter out, one bolt was loose (but not by much) other one was tight and green index line was about 2" rotated from index tabs. Lined green line up with tabs and temporarily re-installed and it cranked motor. Should I just red locktite the bolts and re assembly or should it be...
