I did not want to void my warranty so I have an extra dash and extra ECU. Yes you can swap them back and forth and it only takes about 15 minutes. The dash and the ECU are linked for mileage etc. My warranty is expired so if someone wants to buy a stock ECU and Dash, let me know :)

Thank you Motorhead. I havent had much trouble after I warm the brakes up, but I will be replacing the rotor so that will help me. The brakes feel good once they are working just the first squeeze or two on super cold days. Like I said the first time it scared the crap out of me.
Has anyone else experienced a lack of brakes on a very cold day when you first start off? On mine no matter how hard I squeeze it wont stop I have to warm up the rotor to get any brakes at all. Once I am riding no problems it is only when I first get on sled in the morning when it is below 0
