looking for feedback on a cold air intake for sidewinder. ride mostly mountains and off trail so not lots of speed ramming cold air into sled. wouldn't it mostly draw hot air from the engine and clutch area? any preferred intakes or are they all mostly the same? thanks guys
anybody run anything other then stock on the mountain skis? or is stock the only thing available? would like to upgrade the stockers for this winter thanks
curious what everyone is using for belts on their winders? seems like the 8jp isn't holding up too well on some sleds. how are the xs825 or gates holding up compared to the 8jp..I also see there is a dayco xtx5058 anybody try this one? no warranty what so ever on the 8jps most of the aftermarket...
setting up a btx 153 le for a customer anybody have any decent shock psi settings or going what the manual recommends? here's what he's running
-ski 90 140
-front skid 90 125
-rear 140 200
looking at the ski stance between sidewinder xtx le and btx le they are 141 and 153...I see the btx lists as 38.5 to 42.5 ski stance and the xtx 40 to 42 are they not the same front ends?
2011 nytro threw a rod through cases, both the big end on crank and top pin in piston move freely. rod has half clean break and half old break looking at it from the end. anybody think this is manufactures defect? anybody got this covered under warranty? Sled is bone stock even stock muffler.
