get ride of tuners you will spend way more money than you need to on them and they still wont be any good ,i bought new skis from Barn Of Parts for 2005 or 2006 warrior i believe and installed snotrackers on them and they work super
I installed a elka stage 4 in my 16 apex which i bought new ,rode 1 season with silly stock shock and didnt want to deal with updated shock (hygear had not come out with a shock yet) . Its not a bad shock but i dont think they tested it much ,Hygear much better but...
looks really great but what about weight to back of tunnel, saw someone do something very much the same with storage piece and it bend tunnel down over the course of one day of riding, i was behind sled all day and slowly watched this happen. 18lbs total weight is all it took to do damage.
Stay away from 16, 17, 18 they ride like #*$&@, go with a 12, 13, 14, 15 much better suspension , Don’t be swayed by these silly add-ons of the 18 it doesn’t make it any better it’s just more problems out on the trail if it breaks

If Yamaha needs a test rider Lem Chisholm is their man I’ve never seen anybody ride longer and harder in the 12 years I’ve been riding a snowmobile, he literally beats the crap out of them and they just keep on going, with good maintenance
Do you mean 110 mph I'm not doubting what you saw but I think you're speedometer is way off I don't see those kind of speeds Out of an apex especially at 2016
I think you should run electric pumps and try it can't hurt anything without the motor running the only other way to see if the passages are blocked as a complete tear down
I added an extra wheel on each side upfront behind the stock wheels right off the bat before I put 1 mile on the sled I have 2000 miles on it with little to no hyfax wear
