Man sorry to hear about your surgery but glad you are ok and really happy you are back riding. Nothing like it for the recovery. I know as I broke my back on a machine 3 years ago and couldn't wait to get back out there. Great to see you're back in the saddle.
Have you heard of the st jovite...
Hey Froggy. I meant to reach out to you and thank you for the trail update and trip ride. As it turned out myself and 5 buddies hung out in a Kirkland lake motel for 4 long days watching the weather radar and hoping for snow. We got some local riding in but not much. We felt bad that we had to...
Thanks Perry.
That would be a great help. Those distances look fine for the machines running this route. I would love any trail updates. Looking forward to a couple of weeks from now.
Cheers
Hey All,
We are planning a loop in Quebec in a couple of weeks and one of the legs might be a stretch for fuel. Has anyone ran from Dumoine Valley to Val-Dor mainly up the 386 to 83. The link is the itinerary for the above...
has anyone tried using an insulated flexible duct from the front of the sled inside and through to the air intake of the turbo. I noticed the air intake temperature was very high today while running rail lines at -8c. Obviously quite warm under the hood.
We also got out today and ran from Lindsay up to Halliburton and back. Trails were in great shape. Lots of snow there but nothing close to the dumping in gravenhurst and surrounding areas. Kids hockey and dance now for the rest of the weekend so she's out away until next week. We were going to...
I installed a boost gauge on my hurricane 190kit. I love this turbo but was puzzled with the readings on the gauge. At idel, I am seeing a -5 to -6. At wide open throttle and 8900 rpm I am seeing +3. I was expecting to see 9lbs on the gauge but either that expectation is incorrect, I am...
has anyone installed a boost gauge in this location. Seems like a logical place for the installation as I ride standing up 80 percent of the time and I'm hoping that the electronic gauge benefits from the engine heat coming up through the round vents below the gauge. Thoughts??
I was thinking of closing off my stock vent and routing some duct from higher up down to the clutches for that same reason. I love to run water but am always scared of getting water in the clutches and going for a cold swim. Has anyone else done this yet.
