I would make sure on the front that the ski spindles are on the trailer bed. Front of ski can hang over but that weight bearing point should be on solid bed, unless you build an extension.

Agree most wouldn't want this pattern. We compared it to our all terrain truck tires. Our usage is zero water, rocks or wetland, swamp. Sandy type soil and grass, weeds, dirt. A little side roads to and from neighbors. The old tire was a swamper pattern and ride handling was terrible.

When I used them I attached lock keys to clamp with a loop of small coated cable. When you undo them keys stay safely attached.
