Can anyone tell me how the trails are doing from merril or wausau up first hand. Raining here now so im getting nervous about heading up again this weekend. Thanks
Ive seen a few diffrent kits to fix the bulkhead bushings and/or make it so the bolts cant turn in the bulkhead. Has anyone just tried to oldschool and wire the bolts together so they cant turn? I would think that this would make the bolts pivot in the aarms and not the bulkheads also, right?
Can someone tell me if the upper aarm and lower bulkhead bushings are the same size. Need to put two sleds together to make one good one for the weekend. :sled1:
im parting out an entire 04 warrior right now and was wondering which front shocks were better. The ones on the warrior are yellow single rate springs and the ones on my 03 rx1 are black dual rate springs. I would think the dual rate are better but maybe someone knows something i dont. Thanks
Got it figured out. Just had to use the outside set collar from the non-reverse outer case. It has a sealing oring to take place of the one on the jack shaft. Thanks.
just picked up an 04 rx warrior with a thrown rod. I am putting the reverse on my 03 rx1 and was wondering if i need to change the jack shaft. i see the warrior shaft has an o ring on the shaft and my rx1 doesnt. am i really going to loose oil out the top shaft if i dont? Thanks.
i would highly recommend going in the tech section and look up how to shim the skis on the rx-1. I tried everything with my 03 over the last 5 years and i couldnt believe the diffrence that this easy fix made.
Does anyone have or know where i can get the specs on the 03 rx1 front a-arm and bulkhead bushings so i can make my own on the lathe from bushing stock. thanks :yam:
first of all this is the most helpful post i could find on the subjest, so thanks guys! since this post is so old i was wondering if pioneer is still the best full kits for my 03. 113$ shipped to my door doesnt seem to awful either. thanks again.
