Just flew into Maine from work in Virginia. My buds called me to go out riding but my sled is still torn apart from before I left so I have my dealer on the way with a new XTX. I have issues.....lots of them......and they all seem to be expensive
Has anybody got any ride time on them yet to give a review of that suspension? Almost snow checked one but backed out. Curious how that suspension is compared to the 141 XTX
I read on FB that release was today. Haven't been able to find anything. Just wondering when and if I get mad because they finally release a factory turbo after I ran out of patience and bought a 19
Is this normal on these to have a whining noise at idle? Bought one for my son this year, even dropped it off at the dealer for a preseason setup since I didn't have time to deal with it. It ran fine all winter but the whining sound had me wondering, especially since it went through my dealers...
I’m creating this thread to be informative. I hope this will help some members who are looking to better themselves and educate members on what’s the norm in various trades in various areas. This is not a dick measuring contest, this is not to argue politics or union vs non union. If it heads...
Offhand does anybody know the latest updater version and firmware
I have updater V4.9
And firmware V3.00.00 B2102
Flashing my friends sled tomorrow and just trying to get everything current
I’ve been watching a lot of vids to hear how some of the different exhaust systems sound. One thing I’ve noticed is every vid I’ve seen of a YXZ getting air it lands nose first. Not just slightly but drastically. I wouldn’t think they’d be nose heavy looking at it. Maybe the rear suspension is...
Both my kids have been on Proaction Phazer 500s the last few seasons. I'm thinking of getting 4 stroke Phazers for them this year. Any major changes over the years that would warrant avoiding prior years?
Been wanting a SxS for a while. Really wanted a YXZ but looking to make it something for the family to do together I opted for a 4 seater. Checked out the Wolverine X4 but I’m a bigger guy and it felt a bit cramped so I opted for a Poo General 4 Ride Command Edition. It was the only Ride...
Bought mine used. Before I put my tune, muffler, and clutching in it I just want to check my rpms in stock condition. I sifted through some old threads and found everything from 8750 to 9000. Sled has 1800 miles and is all stock. Previous owner had a tune on it though, that is why I want to...
This has probably been covered at some point here but without searching and trying to find it I figured I’d just post it up.
Finally got some time on the Winder yesterday. Started out just messing around blasting over snowbanks in the yard. While standing and throttling over snowbanks the...
found out that the previous owner of the Sidewinder I just picked up swapped the ECU into his new sled because he had a tune on it. So now the ECU in mine won't match my VIN. Are the tunes registered to the VIN, if so how will I go about flashing this.? I was planning on getting TDs flasher...
I'm looking at trading my Viper for this sled. My wife is going to put a deposit on it today. Just looking to see if by chance anybody here traded this sled in there to get some back story on it. I hate buying used but really want that LE suspension
This has happened on 2 occasions now. My temp gauge will go back and forth from reading normal to reading cold. When it changes to a cold reading it's sometimes low enough to turn on the low temp warning like at startup and prevent the engine from reving up. The first time was at the end of...
