It makes sense they are a different pads if its on a cable. I did notice it had a bit of drag on deceleration. But because it was my first ride this year i thought i was being picky. I didnt smell or burn the belt that i knowticed. Thats why i forgot it was left on.... i guess it...
Was cleaning my clutches and forgot to turn off the brake before going for my first drive of the year. I was running it for 20mins before i realized it was on. Does it operate on the same pads or is it different,,, whats the worst damage i caused?
for bikes and atvs,,, i hear not to run reg oils,,, as it has anti friction additives in the oil thats not good for your clutch as its a wet type clutch. So anything with a clutch inside the engine i use the recommended oils.
Im looking for tips and good guidelines when adjusting my suspension. I have the knob on the side for the rear and the air shocks on the front. Where should i start im about 215lbs and i do mostly groomed trail rideing. Is the hieght adjustable too??? My old sled was a rx1 so i have no idea...

So I bought my RX1 sled and it has K&N filters on it and jetted,,,, but i find im going thru alot of oil,,, only place i can see it wet is around the small vent filter,, its saturated and getting all over the place?? whats up?? Is this normal?
i find on warmer days i cant let it run and sit parked, my light comes on and if its left too long it will self shut down. anytime i park i shut it off.
ok cool i think my idle is 2grand at initial stop,,, but i think it goes down to 1500 maybe ill let it idle down longer or check it out closer on the rmps before i normaly shut down.
i would,,, i do have the stock one,,, but i like the deep drone and i dont want to have to mess with my jets. plus ive been told the sleds been clutched according to my set up.
Is it just me or is the 03 rx1 seat the slickest one i have ever sat on,, its soo annoying especially when wet... or is it just armor all from the last owner or something?? Anything I can do about this??
