I don't know if there is any weight savings. I have done lots of upgrades to my sled and would say the 43+2 arms are worth more to me than the rest combined.
I've had the o-ring stick to the engine also. Fortunately I caught it and I also use 0w40 and never had any problems. The important thing is you got it resolved
Could you provide me with the part #s of clutch shims for an 11 XTX. The belt is riding a lititle low. I have no idea where to look for the part #s. I will also be needing 3 copper donuts. Thanks
I have the Earth X jump pack. I've used it multiple times on our SUV's it works great and has a built in flashlight. I always bring it in at night when I'm done riding so it always somewhat warm and I've never needed to jump a sled yet. I like the added security for all the bigger it is
Hard to say what caused the wheel to warp. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens again. Probably ice build up or something. The picture on its side was caused by not rotating it before you posted.
It should fit fine but the MTX tunnel is going to be longer and I think the mount holes for the skid are in a different place. I would get the correct tunnel if it were me
Has anyone figured out a reliable way to get those suckers out without messing them up? I'm guessing I'll have to sacrifice one for every one I get out.
I've only had a chance to use them once briefly. They seem very close in brightness to my sledstart Hid's. I always had a problem with the Hid's where the low beams were either too low or the high were too high. These LED's seem to cure that. Everything is lit very well with no dead spots. I...
Lots of people tried and like the Schmidt Bros clutch kit but it's more or less the same as the 14.5 mm roller and YPY spring set up but costs $30 more
