Can timing was changed also. and a few other things. Its on here some where . do a search for it. There's a kit Yamaha sold . came with cam,ecu,ground strap ....sorry I can't be any more help then that. Just don't want to see you do half the job and still not be happy with it and get frustrated...

There are more updates then just thee ECU to properly fix the cold start issues.

Tighten the Manuel tensioner finger tight and lock it . I check it every oil change . has not needed any adjustment as of yet . and I have been using it for about 2 years now .

Get a manual one and be done with it

Check your chain tensioner , I have had one jump on me over a bad tensioner. I now run a manual one for the r1 motor and know it won't fail on me , hope your head is ok still, good luck

You could ceramic coat the header to help lower the radiant heat coming off the header .

You could drop and roll the chaincase and then you would have lots of room for a big lug track and a better approach angle too. Just a option for ya

I run them on my rx1 it it stock have not litened it up just yet. I have the 12inch . I ran them last year and had no issues . but fox floats would be nice

my bender kit has the block behind the oil filter too and i run the stock filter, its tight but goes on. dont try to run the fram it wont fit
