On my 12 apex xtx ,So they both turn down but don’t turn up I was thinking it was the switch’s but both at the same time? And after my hands got cold I turned my handle bars back and forth a few times while trying to turn both up and it worked ??? A short somewhere ? What do the apex experts think?

I changed the fuse on my tender and everything was great it charged right up and went green, but I turned the ignition on the next day with it still plugged in and the light went red and it won’t turn green so I’m wondering if I blew the damn fuse again?
