My nytro (sold now) has about 15000km with copper donuts with no issues. The only flex pipe issues l have seen were the result of a loose exhaust moving around putting stress on the flex pipes. I've seen the aforementioned due to 2 reasons: first the graphite exhaust donuts were disintegrated...
1. lots - maybe 16000km
2. haven't changed since installed - 16000km
3. quebec trails mostly smooth with occassional whooped sections running with tric scratchers down all the time
4. no
I had a similar issue when I installed mine. My front wheels were the wrong wheels and the bearing race was wider then OEM wheel bearing races which resulted in what you are experiencing.
recently had something similar to mine happen. Dealer found that the throttle cable had come out at the throttle body. Basically, sled would start more or less fine when cold but once warm wouldn't idle well at all. Hold the throttle open a little and seemed good. When not holding the throttle...
I originally had the FXR Adrenaline. Suit is warm and started out waterproof. Waterproof aspect faded over time and I was soaked to the bone during a few rides. My but got wet many times riding when snowing. I didn't treat the suit to maintain the waterproof aspect so that might contribute to...

Yes; I'm running an exhaust turnout.
Never tried the Mt addiction so can't comment.
I loved my linq setup. Over 10k km without an issue.
My buddy had the kolpins and they seemed to work pretty well but he had 2 which meant more things to manage. Also, he experienced some leakage with the caps. Finally, the environmental spout...
I've used all three Rip I, Rip II and Cobra 1.352 and I prefer the Rip II.
The cobra was an awesome track except for durability. The Rip II is supposed to be a cross between the Rip I and Cobra; resulting in a durable track with the trail capability/durability of the Rip I and better loose snow...
My previous response was for the comfort kit. I don't have any experience with the stage 1 or 2 kit but would expect them to be more performance oriented tuning clutch performance according to rider & style.
I didn't find that the comfort kit reduced performance at all; in fact, I believe it...
11 liters if you go with a LinQ setup ($120 cad plus $20 to make a bracket so it will fit on the tunnel plus tx). See post 24.
Also, if you are using an exhaust turnout I found that using only 1 or 2 rivets will fail as I had both configurations fail in the same season (regardless of aluminum...
It's common for a stock xtx skid to not fully return. The transfer rod design in the back has a lot of friction. Also the ice load doesn't help.
I didn't have any issues with mine after I did a few mods (star kit/revalve, grizz/canoehead homemade block-off plate). Others have claimed good...
The rattle comes primarily from 2 sources: 1. PTO splines (nothing seems to work wrt elimination of this noise; some have tried different types of loctite but nothing seems to last) 2. roller pins this can be addressed by schmidt bros quiet clutch kit which simply installs very thin plastic...
lowers engagement RPM...In fact that coupled with a YPY spring is supposed to be more or less equivalent to the schmidt bros comfort kit which lowers engagement and keeps you in the optimal power band throughout the entire range. I loved my comfort clutch kit...no regrets.
