would it be better to just cut a window in the rail as to fit a nut inside ??

Well my problem is about every 90 miles or so the hyfax on my left side pulls out and wraps itself up and around the inside of my track. First time it happened the bolt sheared off, 2nd time bolt back out and the 3rd time the bolt is there but laying longways imbedded in the hyfax. Any idea's...
