Yes there is oil in that area and is designed that way. It's not a lot and not much holding there etc but it is definitely a oiled area on your engine and will leak. My mistake it is not oilite but nylatron bushings I got from pioneer performance... I heard one person had actually drilled the hole a little bigger and had a part machined to fit opening with the bushing then fit snugly into machined part. This is beyond my resources however.
