I got a 2016 LTX LE this past April for $7000 with 900 miles. I would say its over priced. Some people will steer clear because of the rods but if you never plan to boost it then its not a problem IMHO. If you do decide to in the future Ulmer quoted me like $1600 for the rod upgrade and would do...
i could see them being like puddle lights in mirrors of cars which could be nice. Personally dont see a huge benefit with them on riding and as you said can reflect off the windshield and cause a problem. I wish my nytro ones would fit better. Love them dumbo ears for blockign the wind.
sorry for the dumb question but whats the point of the lights while riding? Seems like something else to blind oncoming riders. im looking at handguards and these seem to be nice. the ones that came on the sled seem cheap like many have said. The guy said one fell off as well last year so I only...
On the front start on 2 and ride. If its a slow day you can probably get away with 1 if trails are good. If your out pounding end of,day moguls put it on 2 or 3. Obviously you want to use as much stroke as possible so lower the better. As far as preload i am not sure. In the rear the rear shock...
Faster on the trails either way with suspension and clutching done right. Ive heard many ppl since 2014 complain about vipers but none actually spend any time changing, suspension or making small clutch changes. I rode my friends 2015 bone stock, viper last year. It has horrible acceleration and...
Get your clutching dialed in. 5hp to the track is 8-10 at the engine so put your money into power transfer rather than trying to make more to compensate.

With a boosted sled afr is very important. Better off just buying both and being done. Whats another 150 on a sled you prob paid $13,000 for

We had like 8 staright 55 degree days here in,Wi so it was grass and mud. The upper peninsula trails in michigan even were down to dirt. Then after my yard is almost dry we got 5" on friday. Now back in the low e0s. So no base left on the trails and snow forecasted. It will be like December...
normally when you get a nice even compression reading that is a good first sign. Next would be to test it against a different gauge to see. I have a tester that is always 30-35% low compared to a snap on or higher end I have tested it against. I just know this for when I check my own stuff.
i have no clue what riser someone put on my sled but its only like 2" and the top of it has threaded spot with the ram ball mounted on it already. ive just never used it.
