Mine does the same thing some days. I have found that after a no start scenario like yours I will charge the battery for a bit, after that it will fire up right away. I am assuming the voltage is just a little low to run something properly????

Have you checked your fuel pressure? I have seen 2 sleds with the same symptoms and both had bad fuel pressure regulators that were stuck.

Mine squealed for a bit and then blew up also. I did not have any issues with oil flow. Mine only lasted about 1200 miles and is now collecting dust on the shelf

I feel your pain, same thing happened to me and I went the turbo route. The only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner

What supercharger kit is it? Inter cooled? Extra fuel pump? Head shim? How much power do you want to make with a turbo?

My thought with Aluminum is that on a Nytro motor the spacing between the cylinders is very small and with aluminum it could melt fairly easily.

I made my own with aluminum plate and made some spacers. Other guys have used a RAM mount for theirs

How much boost?

If you want to run 10-12 psi I would add injectors to your list. I ran 13psi on pump gas with your above list with injectors and controlled fuel with a PCV but left the timing stock. I have almost everything you listed above from a stage 2 kit that the bearings in the blower went bad in. PM me...
