The WRP is also firmer. I am 6'4" and left a turbo viper to go back to an apex. Did the seat and a bar riser. More comfortable that the viper ever was. I would guess 3 inches in ride height difference.

2011 apex. Got back from a trip 2 days ago. Sat on the trailer outside in - temps. Went to unload and fuel pump cycles. Everything lights up. Hit to start it just clicks. Battery new last year. Ideas?
This can be done I have helped do it on a nytro along side the trail. But pull starting, like hooking a rope to the sled and pulling it down the trail fast enough for the motor to start, no.

Good to hear I loved this track on my viper. I would only expect the same results on the apex maybe better with the weight transfer. It will be going on my xtx. I did it myself on the viper and that was no fun.
So the front protectors must come out? I didn't measure clearance on mine but looked close to enough room. This track is only .35 inches taller. What about cutting them in half length ways so they still offer something but are not out as far?
