I'll also send you a PM. Our kit totally changes the sleds ride. http://barcodeperformance.com/product/arctic-cat-ascender-yamaha-sidewinder-365-kit2018/
Im quite bias. But our kit will completely change how your viper will ride and handle. the stock 36" front end is a big improvement over the 38" But ours takes it to another level. I would also recommend the 160 spring. I would even go to a litte higher rate if there's a stronger one available...
From the pictures it looks like the stock running boards. They're fine but not ideal. Once you start more off trail riding you'll notice they will hold snow. But they are easy to upgrade. As for the suspension you'll be fine. Just need to play with the air pressure. Where you're going to need...
Just a fyi. the new lower drive shaft position is supposed be much better than the 2012 and 2016 viper there are a couple of places that sell a drop and roll kit. I think TKI is one of them.
The Eaton one is great. Comes all sealed up and ready to use. I also recommend some kind of disconnect for it is does slowly draw the change from the battery
That being said. Havant tried this product yet. But If a battery co. could implement the Super caps into a single unit. Id be all over it. https://www.eautotools.com/Rockford-RFD1000-p/rfd1000.htm
Lithium batteries are SH*$ below -15C the colder they get the worse they are. The whole procedure of crank and wait in our opinion is not worth the weight savings. I guess when everyone in your group is using the same tech then no one seems to notice or care. But if your the only one waiting...
We stretched our XTX to a MTX. While ours was a bit more than just a stretch, we put a 2013 Summit 163 on. We also changed the drivers to Avid's and also went with the Doo 163 2.5 flex edge track. We cut it down to 15" it was a bunch of work. But well worth it. Since the MTX comes with a...
Looks good!! Yea I really don't have any issues with bears haha But I do like my DE .50 So not practical but sure is fun.
Had the two Summits together last night. with out taking them both apart to measure. The G4's chain case is 1.25-1.5" lower than the XM its the same distance from the...
Nice, I don't carry, but probably chose the same if needed. I do have a handful of different Glock's but not in 10mm for some reason I'm kinda partial to the .40 not sure why.
I don't have the actual dimension off hand. But I will have this coming week, have both a 2013 XM summit X and our new 2018 G4 Summit X in our shop. Ill take some measurements for you. As for the Cat. Not sure but I know its been pretty much beaten to death on SW. Ive cxontiplatd on doing the...
Carefull in changing the a-arm mount points. The shock does take up quite a bit of space. It doesn't look it when the arm is on the work bench, but have a closer look when its actually on the sled. Also watch it cycle through the full moment, form just hanging there to full compression. The...
The mountain can is loud we have on on our shop sleds. Cant comment on clutching as ours is a frankenstein of parts. But if your asking, if having the can on you needed to adjust your clutching. Than no from out experience
Merry christmas
