Not the pilot jet had the carb off and ran it through an ultrasonic carb cleaner,blew out all the passages put it back on and same #*$&@ it just will not start when its cold also it spits and sputters around 25 mph wont go any faster

I'm having troubles with my right rear axle coming off the diff shaft. I heard someplace that there is a differnt style c-clip anybody have the same issue??
Not over full on oil, and yes I followed the hose all the way down to the side cover,however I'm wondering if thats a check valve that the hose connects to because I cant blow through it.
well its not a kinked hose because it does it with the airbox removed, oil comes out the large hose that attaches to the top of the air box. Guess I'll have to do more research
Please help I have a 07RS Venture and an 07 RS Rage that are both putting oil into the air box, When the sleds are running its a steady flow of oil, I cant believe both would have a faulty crankcase vent valve. ANY HELP PLEASE.
Yup I flushed and refilled the cooling system,checked again and I only have .032 volts DC according to what Ive been reading thats an accetable reading.

Clutch's do go bad at least parts of them do, check the pins,rollers, and bushings,then sync your carbs raise the idle a little and you wont have any noise.
I just couldn't see spending any more on that sled, And I can't see spending $12,000 for a new one either so I'll just update every so often with a couple years newer sled. But a new one for $12,000 and as soon as you load it in the trailer it drops in value to $10,000 then next season it's...
Yep after spending hundreds to upgrade my 03 RX and still not being happy with it I went to a Mach Z 1000 SDI handles and rides way better, doesn't have that nice 4 stroke sound though and I do miss that. my problem is carpal tunnel in both arms I just cant man handle the Yammy all day any more...
First of all I'd say that's a real piss poor design to start with, built way to light, Weld it up, improve the design and show mountain performance how it's supposed to be done. I'm so sick of companies make crap and not standing behind it. I guess that shows a real lack of customer care...
