    2016 LTX-LE ??Tuner3??

I understood the post! My point was quit worrying about what tuner you have they are both inferior to a set of curves. Just giving some helpful in site.

    2016 LTX-LE ??Tuner3??

tuner 2 0r 3 doesn't matter get rid of them and put some curves XS on. That's the icing on the cake for the viper! Puts it on rails! The tuners are the first thing to go when my 2016 gets here.

    redoing my shocks

Maybe, but you said earlier you wanted the BEST. I'M sure a set of axis will be fine. The guys at hy-gear do a good job. But if you want the best an EZ Ryde is it.

    redoing my shocks

If rough stuff is what you ride, it's only for you! They make a trail version that sucks up bumps like no other. It turns a washboard trail into a pancake.

    redoing my shocks

I have same concern, ordered a 2016 le for the front coils, my 2014 had the floats on IMO coils are better. Now for the rear if you want the Best, I ordered an EZ Ryde. Should be like ridding on a cloud!

"Yamaha" Throttle Lever Install on Viper

If all you got to do is glue a new element on that would be GREAT. You would have thought Yam. would have figured that out in R&D before they released the sled.

Can you put a damper on a 2015 Viper?

I highly doubt anything will make as much of a difference as a good set of curve skis!

Is the new Viper worth a try ?... honest opinions please

unless you're a lake racer, the viper ride and handling is FAR better than other Yamaha sled to date!!!! Best trail sled! However the build quality, fit and finish is FAR worse than any other Yamaha to date!!!!

    2014 ltx se darting.

curves are the icing on the cake for this sled!!! 4" round bar if not studded. The LE will stop any darting but not needed

    Curve skis

Curves are the icing on the cake for the viper! The leading edge takes out any darting, however it doesn't dart enough to be a big deal, IMO, unless you have money laying around the LE isn't needed. I thought shappers made it a little too tight and went back to just a round bar.

    Paint flake on tunnel

the white paint started to flake off my tunnel with less than 1000miles on it. Has anyone else had this happen? It is continuing to get worse as time goes by. Took in for warranty, Yamaha wants to just use touch paint to fix, however it's an adhering problem. All the touch paint in the world...
