Nope, no problems. The sled runs great. An o2 gauge will take the guess work out of tuning.
an o2 gauge will give you instant feedback of how the engine is running, where as reading plugs can let a problem go to long and give you problems.
MPI's supercharger kit is nice. However as mentioned earlier running only pump gas will limit you with how much power you can make. MPI is agreat company as long as you do not run anything at sealevel. They had no help for a friend of mine.

Hi Indy, you will need to adjust the reverse linkage. That is the linkage on the left of the gear case.
I am not sure why but whenever I remove my gear case cove I end having to adjust the reverse.
OH that spring. Let me know if you ever figure out what it does.
The White washes should tighten things up. I had to use them for my TImbersled front end

Nice to see some development on the belt drive. Sure would be nice to drop the weight and loose some rotating mass.
If you need a test sled I would be happy to put one on my Rx. I could give it a beating for the off trail crowd :)
It sounds like he is refering to his track. If that is the case yes something could be broken in your suspension. Track could be to loose. Tunnel protectors could have broken away.
Lots of things to check.
I have only had Highlands change a couple of tracks under warranty. They did a great job got the sled to me back fast. Other than that thats about it.
My RX I got from Rec plus was used. Bob said when the sled was put away for the summer anything that needed to be changed was. WHAT A JOKE...

The XT's cut their own line when on the trails. no darting, no following. Just cuts a nice line.
From what I have heard they are doing some reorg. Growing pains. Should be back online. Not sure when.
For your asap try McMaster Carr. Look for the multi grip rivets. We have been using these for years, works great.
No probs at all with both sleds.
Just make sure you get the correct pitch drivers. When you press them on the axle shaft make sure the arrows are lined up on the drivers.
