Yes the piston is still in there

You did the shock rebuild for me but it has about 6000 miles on it since. Was hoping to make it through this season and send them back to you for a refresh. It's possible straps stretched, I'll check it when I install new shock. Is the sidewinder shock better? How's the valving?

I just ordered a used 17 sidewinder shock and all hardware I need on ebay express shipped should be here by Thursday. I ride it hard, must have been the 10mile bumped up straight away on the way back to camp last weekend. Never seen a shock ripped apart like that tho.

Looking for replacement parts ASAP if anyone has a front rear skid shock I can buy. Travis at BOP if looking into it for me but seeing what my other options are just incase. Attached a picture of all the parts I would need. Thanks!

I also bought a rear skid plate last season and never got around to installing it. The new styles don't look like they cover the sides of the belly pan or come with provisions for the oil filter access. The website doesn't give you much info on the new ones and shows computer generated images so...

I feel your pain. Need snow. Did 300 miles in January around jackman rockwood and rangeley. Trails were rough but it was worth getting out. That rain storm killed riding statewide. Hopefully we get a decent storm soon I'm going crazy!!

I'm also seeing alot of belt dust with the 8dn. I'm constantly hitting the limiter at WOT because of belt slippage. Mods are, maxflow muffler, venom intake, pcv, 1.6 ice cobra, ulmer clutch kit, OSP adjuster. Clutch setup- 2 heel 3 tip, K helix, red secondary spring, 6-1 wrap.

I have 250 miles of rough bumpy terrain on my rebuilt rear shocks by cannondale. I love it! Transfers great and eats the bumps. Deffinatly a must do. Great guy.

Thanks! Rode it in the yard last weekend with the O2 connected. Did have a slight bog at WOT. I'm going to disconnect the O2 and see if that cures it.

I installed my pcv this fall pre programed by ulmer. It didnt come with the O2 optimizer on the parts list. I left the stock O2 installed and plugged in. Should I disconnect the O2, plug the bung, and install the dummy resistor on the end of the factory O2 wire? Non turbo sled.

10' clam shell just barley fit two 137 vipers my guess is the 128 should fit better with the shorter tunnel
