Code popped up on ride this weekend, sled seems to run fine. I've searched around here and everything seems to point to a reflash to remove the o2 sensor. Is it ok to run it like this until I get it reflashed? Sled is a 2015 viper w/ 800 miles, only mod is a mbrp trail can. Bought sled at the...
Thanks, may just be a cheaper alternative to replacing track, new one only has 800 miles on it, just looking for a little more traction in icy corners and hills.............
Does anyone have any experience with the I Grip studs, wondering how they hold up, they look pretty good. Thanks.

Looking to make snowmobiling a more comfortable experience for my girlfriend due to her having small hands. ive been looking around and at first i was going to try the throttle gizmo only to learn that he was not taking any orders for the 2019-2020 season. Ive also been looking at the NCI thumb...
Has anybody tried taking their decals off the sled? Hows it look? I know a few guys with winders have done it but cant find much on the vipers. I have the 15 ltx dx in black i think it would look good but id love to find some pics before i do it.

I bought one from here for my 06 venture, this tank is made very well and would use this if your going to replace new. If you get a used one I would add Barn of Parts oil tank saver. Never had luck trying to seal something like...
Mine is doing exactly as you explained, I wished I had bought the aggressive instead. I will have to try your adjustment recommendations, they are better than Snowtrackers' instructions! My limiter straps are at the longest setting and my front skid shock spring is one cam away from stiffest...
My limiter strap is in the long position, the venture only has two holes. My front front shocks are not the threaded type, I will have to start at the lowest setting on the cam adjuster.
I have a 2006 rs venture with stock skis and semi aggressive snow trackers installed, the steering seems to be very light and it doesn't seem to want to carve in the turns. It's really bad in the looser snow. I installed them as per the instructions and adjusted my ski alignment. My front shocks...
Thought I would update on this problem, when I cleaning everything up for the summer I was running the sled on the stand to dry out the brakes and belt, while I was applying the break I noticed the clunking noise, I was able to watch the belt under load and noticed it would jump at a certain...
I have to rebuild the fuel pump on my 07 Yamaha Rhino 660, I found a mikuni diaphragm kit on eBay for 23 bucks, the pumps look identical other than the positioning of the inlet and outlet. I will try to use this kit on my sled and see what happens.

The white swirls in it look like moisture to me, how many miles on the oil? I haven't put enough miles on mine to change the oil yet, last time I did it it didn't look that dark, but I did have the white swirls in it.

Not sure about lead being in marine gas, but I'll bet there is no ethanol in it, that really raised hell with boats. Have gave up on all the gas additives for storage, still stand by camp fuel 100%. All you have to do is draw up out of the can with your fuel pumps and run a few minutes and your...
Hard to say how long they last, I'm still convinced the ethanol is a big problem with the carbs and the pump diaphragms. I combat it by running Coleman lantern fuel through everything at the end of the year. My small lawn equipment run on it all the time with oil mix as usual, I swear by it, I...
Mmmm, that is odd, not in front of my machine now but isn't the nipple for the vacuum line in the intake manifold? Seems like that would be a lot of fuel to back up into pump.
