The box is up above and in front of where your right knee should be. I attached a picture where you can see the fuse box hanging and the little black mounting plate on the side of the frame.
Looking for the bracket that holds the wire harness assembly on the engine side. Having trouble finding it in the parts diagram.
Part #19 in the diagram below is the part I need to find the hanger bracket for...
I have a 2017 Vector XTX. I swear if I think about it wrong the coolants leaks from the radiator cap (I think - pretty sure). Anyone run in to that issue? Getting close to ordering a new cap and tank to see what that does. I've owned the sled since new and it has 3400 miles on it. No...
I had a set on a 2005 Vector and have a set on my 2017 Vector XTX. First set I loved. Second set doesn't seem to be the same quality. Spring is weak and won't retract the wheels. Paint is flaking all over and the brackets are rusting. They are helpful and were great for ferry crossings in...
I've got one and I really like it for the riding I do. Which hasn't been as much as I'd like.
Paid $9,000 for my 2017 RS Vector XTX 1.75. Was listed originally at like $12,500 so I was pretty happy.
Not to hijack but this seem like a somewhat appropriate place.... I have an XTX with the air shock. Came with a manual pump that has a mount but I can't find where the recommended place to mount the pump is. Or does it not mount on the sled?
Is there a spot on this board that deals with transportation? I am buying new sled from WI as well and luckily the dealer linked me up with someone in my general area who was also buying a new sled from them. The other buyer was picking up his sled so now he'll get both and I'll split the...
Nice to meet you yesterday. My cell is 978-265-1984. I forgot to mention there are some bogey wheels in a box in the black box. Not sure if they will work on the sled and if so if they would be an improvement. Take a look and let me know.
Grizz,
Given the winds we are experiencing I am not going to make the trip today. Thinking I'll take a 1/2 day tomorrow and drop it off around 4-5 if that's OK?
Sounds good. I drive a white Outback and will probably be up there around 1 I am guessing. My cell is 978-265-1984 if you need to get a hold of me. Work email is chip.lawler@genmills.com. Thanks
Sounds good. Could I drop it off Sunday? I have a one place enclosed snowmobile trailer. Can I leave it on that? I live in Hershey but have a place in Watkins Glen.
Grizztracks,
I have a 2005 Vector and was wondering if you work on them. From your posts you seem to but I didn't want to be presumptuous. I'd like to have the timing checked and the starter has been making some noise. I have a big trip though Canada the end of January and likely won't ride...
