Remove weight from the tip of the weights. Think it’s 1 gram = 200 rpms roughly. Take 2-3 grams off the tip and try again. Might have to love some weight down lower on the weight

I’m running the MPI kit

I changed my weights from 3 washers in base and 4 washers in tip to 3 washers in base 2 washers in middle and 3 washer in tip. That took the weights up to 68 - 69 g range. I got a new OYO spring in there also. Hopefully I'll get another chance to take it out this year and see what she does now.

Yeah it was over 100 deg on coolant temp.

Yeah it’s at 0 and goes to 98. Just conceded me that it would rev up over 2000 rpms with out the throttle moving or the TPS showing it moving. Didn’t know if it was normal or not. Hate to drive 6 hrs north to the UP to ride and have issues.

I’m running Ulmer’s kit in it with stock secondary spring at 6-1 and a red primary spring. Switching the primary to the OYO I believe should be here tomorrow. We’ll see if we get a chance to ride anymore this year.

What springs and helix are you running?

I was thinking adding some in the mid and taking a little away from the tip to try and keep the WOT rpm where it was happy.

TURBO!!! Lol as mentioned skid spring, clutching, free air box mod if not going to turbo, I ditched the floats for qs3’s, moved the fuse box to clutch guard I’m sure there’s others that ive missed. I did change to curve skis.
