This is my wife's sled. She said her hand warmers won't adjust. They are always on high. Orange light in gauge cluster is on and flashes along with an engine symbol. Just as a cheap try to fix, I changed the switch assembly. No change. Any thoughts? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What's the reason this happens? Is there an average measurement for the installed length of the rear shock? Spring length or center to center of the shock bolts? Should it be measured with the back raised, flat on the floor or with the rider sitting on it? Any starting point info will help. Thanks.
