Carb intercooler
Gee weez! Here you go guys.
Bender setup never did work to good in the mountains.
This setup adjusts for alitude pretty good.
Start with 150 mains.
Comparing Yamaha/ Skidoo
Well the Rotax is a torque monster because even stock it out does the Yamaha.
Yamaha has also gone to using the new design motors in there YZF dirt bikes
Engineers had to start rewriting the books on this Formula engine designs and I can tell you first hand don't...
No fuel
What's the voltage on sensor one idling? and maybe it has 3 bar and not a 2 bar Map sensor.
Simple test is to set voltage max down or put some regulated air to Map and boost gauge while idling and watch map to make sure it goes over to right colum on map.
3bar is lower then 2 bar or...
By Pass valve
Diaphram blow off valves really needs to have equal pressure or it will be like taking your airhose and putting pressure to small nipple and watching it rip out the side.
Boost needs to be equal on both sides with diaphram !
Valve will also work better as boost is pushing on...
25 garrett turbo
Coked up from not having water cooling in it would be the most common problem. Ask Ted Jennetty as he has done a few upgrades for Bender turbos I beleive.
Nytro Stage 2 Nov 26 2010
Nytro stage 2 new map load colums setup with all new settings.
Load voltage 1.75 min 4.8 Max (2 bar map sensor)
Pump corecction 1% 25% sensing 200ms
Notice load % at top of map.
RPM steps are set to make smooth throttle response.
Fuel pressure set at 48 psi
If...
Nytro Stage 2 map sensor
Stage 2 map sensor is a 2 bar.
1 Bar is only vaccum NA motor
2 Bar is only good to about 15 psi boost
3 Bar is good until 27.5 psi boost
3.5 etc and 4 bar

Aerocharger
Adjusting vanes is tricky to get the best throttle repsonse and doesn't really control boost. washers or springs on the controller is the best way to adjust boost.
If vanes are too tight or narrowed down for spool up it makes the motor lazy because of too much back pressure.
I...
Timming
Nytro starts timming control with new project at 1701 RPM.
You can make it very snappy by advancing just after clutch engagement to about 6 degrees.
with Labtop connected you can click on injection and a another bar graph pops up and you can watch timing while running on the stand.
with stock injectors no need to set min voltage too low as it will run on stock ECU settings
On bigger injectors best to have sled warmed up and set min volts with labtop so TPS reading is around 2 to 4% which is your map sesnor voltage.
Make sure airfuel ratio is at about 13 to 1 at idle...
Min Max volts on RB
If you are using stock injectors and only want to control fuel with very little vaccum then set voltage higher.
Easy way to setup RB3 is fire up sled and set the TPS which is map sensor on left side of screen so it idles with 2-3% reading whcih means you have control...
3Bar map sensor voltage
3 bar sensor on apex should be about 1.25 min and you can connect your computer and warm up sled and check voltage and adjust lower if needed for bigger injectors.
