One point on the stock cover is it is very slippery and makes you slide towards the gas tank all the time. For that reason I would not be interested in trying the stock cover no regrets using the seat concepts cover . Also many people ask if it is too firm or too soft . I find that when you...
I agree totally. Always jammed up against the tank. I am 6ft 5" and my knees were sore after about 30 miles. Cant wait to try it as soon as the rain changes to snow here saturday.
Well I like 15 xtx the best for color scheme, all spring shocks, eps, 144 tip rails, no air shocks to leak down, had all the bugs worked out by then too, did I mention the colors?
Yes it works well with the 3.5" pivot risor. Not nearly high enough to stand but comfortable for sit down riding. I am tall though.

For the first time, I tried power washing my sled after a very muddy last ride. Works very well. I had seen dealers do this and just decided to try it. I blew it dry and chamied it, also ran the track a bit to spit out any water in there. Recommend it to all wondering.

wow, very nice job. you are a pro with electrical and mechanical. i also enjoy this type of work. it is as fun as riding sometimes. you now have two of the best riding sleds ever. super job on both. looks very durable too.
wow you really rode late into the season. i agree the arms have to be thinner than a true m20. you know i have everything to install an on board air compressor and have had it for over three years collecting dust. i just have shrader valves on both shocks. not once did i struggle with air...
First step is determine the overall load in watts your new hid lights consume. Now 12 volts at 100 watts is 8.3 amps draw. use this to see how large a fuse you should have. if it is more than the factory fuse rating, you will need to run a relay to feed the new lights. Do not put a bigger fuse...
I will have to try a ski mounted set before giving up totally. What you said really makes sense. The skid mounted ones shovel pounds of snow in there all day long. I bet the ski mounted ones just allow some through the track windows, just like it should.
After using ice scratchers for a second season now, i noticed that when they are deployed, there is so much build up of frozen snow on the suspension and it seems lock everything up. I have seen this happen within 1 mile after deploying them. It happens on my rx1 shorty wih m20, but alot worse...
The front air bag is actually a aluminum shock with a rolling sleeve air chamber around the top of it. Look on the fast website and you will see what it looks like. This only needs about 28 lbs of air. The rear bag will need about 88 lbs at your weight.
m20 is the bomb. I would say the assault front air shocks are just about required with it though. But if you dont know what your missing its all good. Whole package youd be smilling all through the rough crap and feeling sorry for your friends.
Thanks viper dave, exactly what i wanted to know before tearing apart a brand new sled. I will check full range of motion without air in them to check for binding.
welcome aboard, dont forget to use the search box upper right. endless info on here. use keywords like bar riser, airwave, mono, m20, wrp seat, etc. we can help you with your questions also. enjoy.
