What's the best or easiest way to do it? Heat the sheave and freeze the bushing? Use the new bushing to press out the old bushing?

Pic attached. Could someone possibly measure for me the amount of space behind their primary like in my pic? Clutch heat on my sled seems to be coming from the primary sheave next to the engine, just want to ensure I have the proper clearance. Mine measures 1/8. Thank you.

The primary stationary sheave on my Winder sure gets hot quickly from the engine. Does it make sense that this heat would transfer to the belt and to the secondary and cause problems?

I know it's too dang warm and that makes for lots of water but I'm still fighting this clutch heat. It appears that the area below the brake rotor is filling with water and possibly flinging the water up onto the clutches/belt. Seems crazy that's possible, what am I missing? I have a Yamaha...

Belt is fraying on the inside, on the side toward the engine, about 6-7 inches long. Thus belt has 25 break in miles at 20% throttle maximum. Does it come from removing & installing the belt multiple times? Rubbing on the primary? Offset was 62mm, now changed to 61mm. Thank you.

Wondering if parallelism is my problem. Other straightedge measurements say yes. Is this an accepted way to measure it? Bushings, gauge fixturing and engine are tight.
