    Pic attached. Could someone possibly measure for me the amount of space behind their primary like in my pic? Clutch heat on my sled seems to be coming from the primary sheave next to the engine, just want to ensure I have the proper clearance. Mine measures 1/8. Thank you.

    What causes this on the belt?

    Belt is fraying on the inside, on the side toward the engine, about 6-7 inches long. Thus belt has 25 break in miles at 20% throttle maximum. Does it come from removing & installing the belt multiple times? Rubbing on the primary? Offset was 62mm, now changed to 61mm. Thank you.

    Wondering if parallelism is my problem. Other straightedge measurements say yes. Is this an accepted way to measure it? Bushings, gauge fixturing and engine are tight.

    Belt problem critique please
