I'm not sure you'll have much clearance. We run 9 tooth 3.0 drivers on my 174 Hypersports Promod and you have to be careful. A 10 tooth 2.86 will be 1.86" bigger.
I've also never spit clips of anything, there are bigger issues going on.
Was run 1 year on a Pro-Mod Snow Outlaws sled. Like new. Can help with set up if needed, no weights or springs included. Can be converted to Pneumatic lock up if needed unlike a single stage Rage 6 they offer. This clutch allows maximum OD so you can gear down and improve holeshot without...
Good to hear on the VF 3", he built the header, intercooler and fuel cell for my ProMod 998, good guy. I had to sell my Sandale 3", I was wearing ear plugs and just hated it. I got stock muffler tunes from Hurricane last year for a family trip and it's nice. It is slower and it won't hold RPM...
Has anyone replaced theirs? My threads are screwed up and it looks like this one from Amazon is the same as what we are getting from the GAP suppliers. About 1/2 of what TD charges and 1/3 of what Hurricane charges. I think I'll try it...
I have a cat kit that I modified so you do not have to replace the whole bumper. Will likely be selling as I only need 1 2up kit next year. If you did want to replace the bumper I believe I have the correct one, it’s not that big of a job.
240R is a great trail tune. More power than you need for sure. My preference for the high mile rides. The 270/280/290's are faster for sure but not needed for trail riding and have the downside of higher IAT and a little pickier on clutching. I have run 126 on 240 with no problem, unless you...
That stinks.
Regarding the ability to flash to other sleds, I thought these were tied to an ECU serial number? If not, can I sell this flasher to someone and buy another from a different tuner and it will just work on their sled?
Amen, great chassis + great motor = fun times. I have to laugh at the 1" track on the T-cat though. They still call out the 24/50 gearing in the specs so it won't be any faster stock. The marketing kills me!
Where did you get the info about lowered ride height? I don't see that on Cat's website or Arctic Insider. The T-cat does have the 1" track but it doesn't give up any suspension travel to the other models. I also saw on Arctic Insider it looks like they did away with the extrovert drivers on...
Cat dropped the prices on their belts from 199 to 159 MSRP. My dealer sells me the new Cat belt for the same price as an XS. The Dayco XTX can be found cheaper but the new Cat 112 is working well. The guy winning in St Germain has 500+ miles on his 112, most of it racing or riding hard...
Belts are holding up well on the Cats. At St Germain last weekend the Cats dominated the side racing running the same tunes. One guy even owns both, running the same TD tunes and the Cat is a tick faster.
